Ultimate Keto Cobb Salad

Keto Cobb Salad – Low-Carb Bliss in Every Bite

Enjoy the Wholesome Goodness of Keto Cobb Salad – Before I even knew what keto was, I was in love with Cobb salads (the ones made with love anyway).

The Ultimate Keto Cobb Salad is a crunchy and savory dream come true.

What is a cobb salad that’s made with love? ❤️ It’s when it’s made with chilled EVERYTHING – chilled salad greens, avocados, eggs and veggies. Most importantly, the chicken needs to be phenomenal – juicy, tender and delicious. I love both warm and chilled chicken in a cobb salad, so I’ll leave that decision up to you.

A great cobb salad is a dream come true when all of those textures are mixed together in one bite – a mix of crisp bacon, delicious pepper flavor, juicy chicken, all the creaminess of the egg yolk, and then the creaminess of the avocado, a little bit of the shredded mozzarella on top and mmm.

The tang of the blue cheese. It’s an exquisite medley of flavor that takes your taste buds OVER the top and makes them want to dance.

I still remember the first time I discovered the wonders of a Cobb salad. I was in Miami, around 20 years old, and my new friend from Sweden ordered it.

At that time, I wasn’t much of a salad eater. My meals mainly consisted of grilled chicken and vegetables. But as she enjoyed her Cobb salad, I couldn’t help but be intrigued by the way she savored each bite, relishing the crunch and flavors.

I can still vividly remember her cutting it up into little pieces, slathering it with blue cheese dressing, and I could hear her crunching on the other side of the table. I know that might sound gross, but it really wasn’t, and I immediately regretted not ordering the same thing – though I definitely did the next time!

I asked her what she was eating. Then, I remember just kind of looking at her salad in awe, and she probably thought I was a “salad stalker” if that is such a thing😂😂😂

Looking back, it seems almost silly that Cobb salads weren’t as common back then.

But they captivated me with their array of flavors, textures, and freshness. And to this day, I find myself just as enchanted by an amazing Cobb salad as I was that first time.
