1small head iceberg lettuce, cut into 1 inch pieces
2green onions, white part only, finely chopped
1ripe avocado, diced
3eggs, hard boiled, cut into wedges
1 1/4cgrape tomatoes, halved
2seasoned and grilled chicken breasts, sliced
1red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1/2cpurple cabbage, chopped
6slicescrispy bacon, chopped
1/4cmozzarella, shredded
3ozblue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Mix the lettuce with the onion: In a large bowl, mix the lettuce with the chopped green onion whites. Even out the top to prepare it for the toppings.
Decorate the top lettuce with yummy ingredients: Start with the avocado and put a line of it on top of the lettuce. Then, continue to do the same with the next 5 ingredients.
